Timeshare or villa Rentals

Question: Hoping to find a 1st class timeshare or vacation villa to rent (for 3 of us)
in May / June. We're looking at southern Spain on the coast, somewhere
around Genoa/Portofino and the Greek Islands. Any help would be
appreciated.
Answer: Ignore whether it's a time-share or a villa. Rent WHERE you want to
be, not what it happens to be.
My considerations are public transportation, public transportation,
and public transportation if I don't have my own transportation.
Do not accpet descriptions like "it's a block away". A hotel a block
away from DisneyLand correctly so states. But what it doesn't tell you
is that the block is a ten-minute walk and it's another five-minute
walk to the ticket window. Same thing in Scottsdale where I attend an
annual event in July. The nearest motel to the event hotel is "only a
block away". What they don't tell you is that, again, the block is
about a ten-minute walk AND the temperature is likely to hover around
108°F AND there is no shade!
Blocks in San Francisco range from about 30 feet to about 2,000 feet
but most are only a three-minute walk.
