Weeks 9 and 10 (The first two weeks in March)
Unit Cedar 308 (1 bedroom + Loft, 3 bathroom)
Large loft end unit with windows on three sides, all day sunlight and
views to Beaver Creek. This is probably the prettiest and quietest
unit at Streamside. Indoor pool, hot tubs, shuttle to the slopes, are
some of the amenities offered. Marriott's price is $12,900/week. I am
willing to rent each week for $10,900. The closing cost will
be $175/week, less if both weeks are bought together. Closing is done
through a title company, and a deed conveying title is registered in
the buyer's name. Maintenance costs run at just under $800/year/week.
