own a timeshare for rentals need some advices

Question: I own a timeshare for rentals can't sell it for what I would like
(If you are buying, buy on the used market!)
However, someone told me I could rent it out every year.
It is Los Abrigatos in Sedona AZ, year round RED time, and I can get two weeks
for one trading for time elsewhere.
Any advice on how I should go about doing it?
Costs:
Annual maintenance
Payments and interest on purchase loan
Annual membership in trading club.
Benefits:
Get money out of it to cover more than the annual maintenance.
