About Timeshare Weekly Rentals

Question: I have been checking out your group and am hoping to get a few
opinions. Do any of you have a Disney timeshare? I've been thinking
about getting one and was wondering if they were viewed as a positive
thing to have. I know a lot of people have bad experiences with
timeshares rental because there's a lot of fees and people don't end up
wanting to go to the same place every year, but I think that would be
different with Disney. Maybe your group would be biased, but still
would appreciate your thoughts.
Also, has anyone ever sold their Disney timeshare? If yes, how hard was
it to do? My co-worker has been telling me about her nightmare
timeshare and how she had to actually pay timesharerelief to take it
off her hands cause she never used it and couldn't get rid of it. Of
course, that wasn't at Disney, so I hope it would be different.
Is there anything else I should know before I commit to this? Your
thoughts and advice are appreciated.
