Question: I went to a special presentation this weekend for Shell Vacations'
Timeshare . Does anyone have any information on this company
or the timeshare business in general? I have one week (Saturday 1/16)
to make a decision.
Answer: Look into timeshare resales and save 50%.
Annual maintenance costs are a primary factor.
Many owners want to sell their timeshares for about 1/3 the original costs.
Some can be picked up for back taxes and maintenance fees. In other words,
around 2-$3,000 or less.
Make sure it is in a "Gold Crown" or equivalent resort. Make sure you have
"red weeks."
