WDW-area timeshare reviews?

Question: We're hoping to take a fairly spontaneous trip to WDW sometime in the first
three weeks of December--woo hoo! We can book a timeshare that has units
available through the Armed Forces Vacation Club. My problem is that I have
about thirty different places to choose from. Are there any good resources
for reviews of these places? I found a few helpful reviews on
MousePlanet.com, but most of the timeshares are not reviewed there.
Alternatively, does anyone have any specific timeshares they would recommend
for or against? Thanks!
Answer: I've found the timeshare users group http://tug2.net/ to be a good
place for decent information. You can also ask on the Dis Board
Orlando forum, or read through and see what people are saying about
the different places here: http://tinyurl.com/ur32
We are staying at the Vistana Resort in one of the newer sections,
since the older sections had received some pretty bad reviews.
To email, take out the word t-h-i-s from my email address.
If it's on your list, just about all of the Marriott properties in Orlando
are great. We ended up buying at Marriott's Grande Vista a few years back
after sampling most of the others and almost buying at Disney's Old Key
West.
