Timeshare Resales questions

Question: I have some questions about DVC Sales Presentation
What presentation is that? Is it like any other timeshare presentation
with 2 free ticks, or smth?Thank for reply
Answer: It's a very informative, personal, one-on-one experience with absolutely NO
pressure to buy... really! I was in doubt, at the end of showing everything to
us and answering a few questions, he didn't even ask us to purchase! I
couldn't believe it! He just thanked us for stopping by.
You'll be shown what the units look like, then you'll go into a sales room
(table, chairs and computer) and you'll be asked what you might be interested
in and how often you visit, etc. All the data is put into the computer to show
you exactly what you'll pay. You can make any additions or deletions that you
want as far as days every year, or resort, etc
Similar experience with absolutely no pressure. We bought at BWV. At the
time (Feb. 2000) they did give us a voucher for lunch/dinner at any of the
Boardwalk restaurants. We (3 of us) chose the ESPN Club and dinner included
appetizers, entrees, desserts, and soft drinks. I've heard, but can't
confirm, that this offer is no longer being extended.
