Question: I am very interested in purchasing a resale time
share in Orlando for either May or November with
2-3 bedrooms. Any information you can forward to me
regarding how to consummate this transaction would

Answer: Be very, very careful and consult with a REAL ESTATE LAWYER before you do
anything.I know a number of people who have been screwed. You are generally
better off renting.
Resale time shares are a great deal. However, before you purchase one,
consider the following:
Do you want to be stuck going to the same place during the same week every
year for the rest of your life?
I suggest you do the following instead:
Whenever you want to go on a vacation anywhere, contact a time share
rental agency. They can put you in someone else's time share, any place,
any week, and for less money than than the owner pays. The reason is no
time share is full 52 weeks a year. When it's empty, the person who owns
that week would love to get some of their wasted money back. They have the
manager of the complex rent their place.
