Otherwise you came to the right place.
In Timeshare speak, every few years, because the way the calender falls, there
IS a week 53.
If week 52 were to end on Fri Jan 31, week 1 would not begin in the same year
as week 52 ended, therefore, like 1999, there was a week 53 which began on Jan
31, 1999 (for those timeshare places that go Fri-Fri) Week 1 only started on
Fri June 6, 2000.
