That translates into a total price of $155,480. That assumes that week is an average-desire week, which is probably roughly true.
How big is this unit to justify that high a price?

This seems like a good price for a timeshare. Sure , you might come out cheaper per week if you bought the place out right. But even then you would probably have to pay over 100,000. Then you might have speacial asscesments and property taxes on top of that. I live in a condo on the beach in the Daytona Beach area and condos here sell for over 100,000. During the Winter they rent out for over $1200 per month and in the Summer for over $600 per week.
