Pelican Timeshare Owners

Question: My family and I are owners of a timeshare unit
at the Pelican Resort in St. Maarten and are
dismayed overt he recent series of events which
include some sort of bankruptcy notification.
We were informed we had to pay some outrageous
fee to keep the unit through some sort of vague
legal process.
I want to hear from others in our situation.
What are you doing? Can we band together for some
sort of resolution? Are people even using their
1995 time?
