Tahoe Timeshare resort

Answer: I have a timeshare at Tahoe Seasons Resort South Lake Tahoe (california side). The
resort is located diagonally across the street hrem Heavenly Valley ski lifts. It is a
5 star resort. All the suites are luxury suites; they include large shirpool spas, a
kitchennet, a living room and a bedroom.
The unit that I own is a Regency; These are two attached units. They could be used as
two separate units, or one large unit. You could use it as a one week 8 sleeper or a
two weeks 4 sleeper. In fact you can exchange the units separately or both at once.
The resort is affiliated with Interval International. We have used this exchange
system, and have had some very memorable expiriences in Singapore, Mexico etc.
In addition, the Resort has sister resorts where you can get reservations a steep
discounts (sometimes for $20 or $30 a night); we have used this service to go to the
local ski resorts (Big Bear), and to Palm Springs.
At this point we are having cash flow problems, and I need to sell this timeshare unit.
I Paid $16000 for it 5 years ago. I owe $12000 on the timeshare. I am not looking to
make any money on it. I am willing to walk away from the timeshare if you are willing
to buy the unit at the amount of principle that owe on it.
