Nyc Timeshare Rentals comment

Question: I'd like to hear from anyone who has a timeshare in NYC
.Is it a good value rental? Any comments welcome.
In general, are people who bought timeshares happy with them? If you
resold them, what percent of its value were you able to recoup? What
is the best way to find individuals trying to sell timeshares?

Answer: My experience with time shares has been good. I purchased mine for a very
reasonable price (less than $1500) and I qualify to trade for other places
that sleep 4, which tend to be much more expensive. Don't pay a lot of money
for one.
Reselling a time share is bad. I have seen them resold from anywhere from
25% to 50% of there original value.
