Maui Timeshare Rentals

Question:

Want to a timeshare rentals in Maui .Any ideas ?Thanks for reply

Answer:

I have an oceanfront timeshare condo at the Maui Schooner Resort on Maui I am renting out for two weeks this October. Here are the details:

- Large unit (1000 sq. ft.) with two bedrooms and two baths
- Five Star quality resort
- Sleeps up to six if you use the sleeper sofa
- Washer and drier in the condo
- TV and VCR in living room, TV in master bedroom
- Full kitchen equipped with all utensils and appliances
- Located in Kihei on "south" Maui, the driest part of the island
- Oceanfront development facing west towards West Maui Mountains and Maalaea bay (beautiful sunsets)
- Four tennis courts at the development right next to the ocean
- Large pool and hot tub with gas BBQs next to the pool
- Excellent snorkeling and scuba diving beaches minutes away
- Only 10 minutes from the Maui airport

It is available for two back-to-back (Saturday to Saturday) weeks: October 7th through 14th and October 14th through the 21st. You can rent just one week, if you don't want both of them.

I own the unit, but I am unable to use it this year and am renting it out rather than exchange it for some other destination. I have stayed there the past three years in a row and love the place. The location is excellent and the resort itself is very nice.

I am asking $750 for one week or $1,400 for two weeks. The resort management told me recently that most owners are getting $895 per week. As far as terms go, I would want a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the unit with the remaining 50% (non-refundable) to be paid no later than August 10th. However, if you did have to cancel and I was able to rent it to someone else after you canceled, I would give you a refund.
