Question: I would like to buy or rent a timeshare at hilton head please. Do you know of
any available unit for this summer?
Answer: I have a 2 bedroom timeshare villa that I cannot use this year.
Available May 22 thru May 29 in Shipyard Plantation on
Hilton Head Island. Swimming pool, tennis, on the golf course, and a
minute to the beach.

Due to a pending job change and severe reduction in vacation time, my wife
and I are renting, renting with option to buy, or selling a timeshare in
Hilton Head, SC.
The week is a floating week between mid-Oct. and the end of the year.
This allows a great deal of flexibility and off season green fees after
mid-Nov.
Currently reserved for 1st week in Nov. this year.
Located 1-1/2 blocks from the beach, this 2-bedroom with queen hide-a-bed
in living room is, like most, quite comfortable. It is not on one of the
Plantations, but is close to everything on the island. Place called Sand
Shares. TV, phone, pool, etc. . . .
Rent: $500 for the week
Sale: $2500 with rent applied toward sale.
