Answer: I have weeks 10-12 at the Canada House Beach Club in
Pompano Beach, FL that I am selling/renting.
The units are studio units which sleep 4 people. The best thing about
studio units is the low maintenance fees, approximately $325 per unit
per year. More importantly, these units trade for the smallest units at
other resorts, and when the smallest units at other resorts are one and
two bedroom units, you get them for no additional cost. In short, you
pay the lowest maintenance fees and get bigger units for free when you
exchange.
We're asking $2900 per week or we can negotiate a deal for all three.
