A questions about Florida Timeshare Sales

Question: My timeshare homeowners association in Florida will soon have over 1000
unit weeks released from the developer and is looking for a firm that
specializes in liquidating such weeks on behalf of an association or
developer. What I am looking for is a firm that would purchase the
entire block of unit weeks from the association at a deep discount over
their market value and then market those unit weeks however they so
choose. The firm would still need to collect the initial annual
assessment (annual maintenance fee) from each buyer as appropriate and
provide that to the association at settlement, etc.
If anyone knows of such firms in Florida or elsewhere if they still
handle Florida timeshare sales or other website upon which to post
this question, please send along the information to me
