Independent Timeshare Resale in Florida

Question: We would like to sell a timeshare and have contacted several companies
that market timeshares for resale. They all want an upfront fee and make
no guarantees. Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with any
companies? They include ERA Strohman in Texas, TRI in Virginia and
Independent Timeshare Resale in Florida. Reply to me .Thank for your help
