How can I sell a timeshare?

Question: Can anyone offer me some advice on how can I sellng a my timeshare?
Sure, I've seen some of the web pages that offer them, but for some reason I
either 1) don't trust them, or 2)need to know more (value of timeshare and
legal aspects of the sale) before putting it on the market.

Timeshare: Fairfield Pagosa, Pagosa Springs, CO
Time: Floating (1 week)
System: Point-based (77,000 / year)
Affiliations: RCI (can deposit points with RCI for travel to their resorts)

Answer: how much are you asking for your timeshare, I would like to trade our Fully
Equipped Espresso Cart for a Timeshare unit.
We will guarantee the Cart, it has stainless steel sink, SS Beverage Aire,
refrigerator, A fully automatic, double group Astoria Machine and all other
need utinsils to operate. Can be used inside or outside. Thanks for you time.
If this is not of interest, I suggest you go to the TUG (Timeshare Users GRoup)
and advertise your timeshare for sale, check out their bulletin/message Boards,
ask all the question you need to be answered. They are a great group. I have
a Condo in Sunriver, Oregon I advertise for exchange and find my answers to
question from time to time.
