Answer: Are you looking for a place to stay in Cabo San Lucas? If so, let me know. I
have a timeshare week at the Hotel Pueblo Bonito that I won't be using this
year. I will happily rent it to you for your vacation in the sun.
Pueblo Bonito is a first class hotel, right on the beach, just a short walk
from the central business district of Cabo San Lucas. The hotel has
resteraunts on site, a beautiful pool, and its own watermaking system.
My wife and I have a 1 week timeshare in Cabo San Lucas that we want to sell.
We're in the process of buying a house in Berkeley, so we're trying to
gather as much cash as possible. Our timeshare is at the Finisterra, a
four-star resort, with a secluded beach on the Pacific, a pool with a
swim-up bar, etc. built on a ridge that overlooks the Pacific on one side
and Cabo San Lucas' marina on the other. Our week is in June and can be
traded in-house on a space-available basis for other weeks. Finisterra
is a member resort in RCI (Resort Condominiums International), so the
week can be traded for a week at any time of year at over 450 resorts
worldwide. We're asking $4500 for our timeshare, which has 23 years left
on it. 25 year, 1 week timeshares at Finisterra are now going for over
$12,000.
