Looking to buy a 2BR (or 3BR) timeshare in an area of high demand
|
Question: Looking to buy a 2BR (or 3BR) timeshare in an area of high demand, i.e., Hawaii
or Florida. Must be able to do trade (RCI, or Int'l), and must be Gold Crown
Resort or similar rating.
Thank you
Answer: why would anyone want to buy a timeshare? Don't you
realize that only suckers buy timeshares? In a recent trip to
Aruba, they wanted $375 per year in a maintenance fee! Plus,
if you decided to vacation elsewhere, there are additional
charges. That fee alone was equal to how much we spent to
stay at a decent hotel (Sonesta) for 7 nights. So clearly it
is better to buy a vacation on your own since you are flexible.
Even if it were free I would not want to own a timeshare!
Please be careful before you get suckered into this.
In case your still not convinced, lets check the math: $375 fee per week rental = $375 * 52 per year = $19500.
Tell me, what does the management company do with so much
money per year? Yep, line their pockets with it
