I'm looking to buy a timeshare in Florida
|
Question: I'm looking to buy a timeshare in Florida if you can help me please contact to me
Thanks
Answer: I've sold my Florida timeshares, but I know someone that has one left to sell.
I don't know if you want his or not, but let me tell you some general
information that will help you out. :-)
You want a RED timeshare, no matter WHAT. make sure it is a decent week. Make
sure the place has a good Homeowner assocaiotn, sothat it is not near
bankruptcy. Then, price. Some people thinmk theirs is worth $10,000. they
are not. You can buy them on ebay for about $1,500- 3,000. The ones about $2,000 - 2.500 are right. The ones at $1,500 are sometimes bad places. theo
nes at $3,000 are just overbid, and will be at $2,500 the next time you see
them on ebay.
Don't pay the outrageous prices some people try to get. I hvae sold MANy for $2,000 - 2,500, including some inthe Florida keys (a tough spot to get) for
that price. All RED weeks of course.
Good luck to you. If you want a red week in the keys, a guy I sold a week to
wants to sell it. He wants $2,500, which is worth it. His email is
eat-mor-chi...@juno.com (at least I think it is juno). He doesn't know much
about the unit, but iti s a nice resort, and a nice area. Tell him John sent
you, and hopefully he can answer some of your questions. Or, try ebay. They
have good prices there. Just remember. $2,500 or less, for red week, in GOOD
place.
