Timeshare Rentals in Sedona AZ

Question: I have some troubles about tieshare reantals .need advice
I own a timeshare and can't sell it for what I would like
(If you are buying, buy on the used market!)
However, someone told me I could rent it out every year.
It is Los Abrigatos in Sedona AZ, year round RED time, and I can get two weeks
for one trading for time elsewhere.
Any advice on how I should go about doing it?
